In Holy Quran :Milk and Honey 'Milk' is the best drink and  'Honey' is  the best eatable thing these had lot of health benefits.

  Quran says, in the following verse: ( 16:66 ) And indeed, for you in grazing livestock is a lesson. We give you drink from what is in their bellies - between excretion and blood - pure milk, palatable to drinkers. (Reference from HOLY QURAN)
